Places are reserved only on receipt of payment in full.

Terms
If the course is full when we receive your application, you will receive a full refund.
In the event that you do not take up the place no refund will be offered.
A substitute attendee is acceptable, if we are informed in advance.
If we have to cancel a course for any reason, participants will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Conditions:
Full return of fee if notice is received not less than five working days.
A 50 per cent refund will be made for cancellations received up to five days prior to the event.
No refund if the participant does not notify us of non-attendance at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course.

In the event of cancellation by us, Writing News’ liability shall be restricted only to refund of fees paid.
