aim of the course is to assist those who make presentations in-house,
at seminars, to focus groups and in other settings to do so more effectively

Effective presentation is considered.
Presentations that work and those that do not work are discussed.
The course is both informal and informative and geared towards practical results.
Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

• Write simple but powerful presentations
• Use professional techniques to speak off the cuff
• Control nerves and eliminate shaky voice syndrome

• Match the presentation to the audience
