This course shows how to assess opportunity and threat and plan a way ahead.

Course Outline:

Businesses must concentrate on winning and keeping customers before anything else.

But cashflow must be maintained. We look at adjusting business, terms, hiring and leasing agreements to make sure cash is in on time to meet due commitments.

Pricing in challenging times is all-important. So too is a realistic assessment of who will buy what, when and in what quantities?
