Team toastMotivating and giving performance feedback is a necessary leadership function. This course shows how to motivate and encourage others for optimum results.

Course Outline:

Team members and colleagues need to know what they are doing well, what they are not doing well, and how they can improve their game. We examine strategies to achieve this.

The course also shows how to evaluate the performance of others and give constructive feedback for the good of all.

Objectives:
On conclusion of the course, delegates will be enabled to:

• Chair constructive meetings
• Remove demotivators and obstacles to success
• Offer good feedback
• Distinguish between personal and operational feedback
• Develop tact in dealing with failure
• Highlight specific problems
